Who are MMT?
MMT are specialists in assisting customers reclaiming what is rightfully theirs. Starting in November 2012, we specialised in helping people who were in financial difficulty reclaim their mis-sold PPI and today – we still do the same!
We believe that anyone should be able to claim back what is rightfully theirs irrespective of their situation. We aim to help anyone with their potential reclaims, regardless of their financial situation.

We don’t have any hidden costs or up-front fees with any of our services. After completion of an assessment of your case, we will tell you whether we believe you have a potential case before we contact your bank or other finance provider with a complaint. Please note : fees will only apply if you decide to take on our services in full and allow us to act on your behalf.

PPI Claim Advisers
Our PPI Claim Advisers are each trained a specific field of expertise are hardworking, dynamic and the heartbeat of our contact centre. They will do their utmost to speak to you at the most convenient time to discuss & understand your situation to progress your PPI claims case. They will ensure you are given the correct advice about each potential claim and start the investigation process by sending you your Welcome Pack
Once we have all your paperwork signed and returned our Claims Handlers will contact your Banks and Creditors to start the PPI complaint process. They will be your point of contact throughout your time with us and be able to answer all of your queries and questions. They will also be the person that calls you to give you the good news should you be offered a refund!
Customer Care & Well-being
Our customers are at the heart at what we do, and understand that from time to time customers from all walks of life may experience things where they may need some extra or different care and assistance from us.
It may be important for us to tell the banks or lenders while we are doing your claims or what your current situation is, however we will never do this without speaking with you first and you providing us with explicit consent to do so.
